Russian hotel offered guests a week-long stay in the tent for 420 thousand rubles. This was reported on the page of the tourist center “the forest and the sea. Altai” in Instagram.
As noted, this amount will include the eight-day tour for two at the end of August. Tourists are promised a stay in a “luxury tent with private toilet and shower” powered by the chef, treking excursions and other activities on campus — horseback riding and archery.
For a fee guests may arrive to the camp by helicopter, the road from Gorno-Altaysk is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Service tour cost 60 thousand rubles, there and back per person. Thus, the whole trip can cost travelers nearly half a million rubles.
On the base website States that the camp is far away from popular tourist routes — in a clearing in the taiga forest, on the shore of a mountain river. Because booking tours guarantee “no accidental tourists, drunken passers-by, debris and other traces of people.”
It is noted that the camp begins to work from June 19, however, until mid-July all tours are already booked.
Earlier it was reported that the government will begin to remove introduced because of the coronavirus limitations of internal tourism from 1 June. According to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, the first stage opens the sanatorium with the medical license. In parallel, the authorities are developing rules to open further hotels, beaches, resorts, cruises and other components of the tourism industry.
May 15, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin urged Russians to temporarily refrain from trips abroad. The head of government asked the Russians “to take the time to plan a foreign vacation” and spend them within the country.
