In the Crimean district of the Krasnodar region a local resident was detained for violation of the regime of self-isolation during a walk with children. His sons, boys of 8 and 10 years, one of whom has a disability, the cops left on the street alone. This was the mother of the boys told the publication “doing that.”
According to the woman, may 18, her husband and children were out riding bicycles when they were approached by police. The spouse of the local resident refused to identify himself, after which the police officers had applied physical force to him, handcuffed him and took him to the car. The man asked to contact the mother of the children, but they ignored his request and left.
“The children were left alone. Crying, screaming. (…) On the phone [the younger son] had no money to random calls was not: after all, the child suddenly hit the wrong way. I walked past the teenagers, they approached the children, found out my phone number and called,” — said the woman. She explained that one of the boys has features of development, it should always be with adults. The children were alone, without adult supervision, about 30-40 minutes.
The expert took the kids home and went to the police station with the documents of her husband. One of the police officers involved in the arrest, in response to the rebuke women that the children were left unattended, said, “what was I supposed to do with them?”.
The evening of the same day the man was released, he was fined for violation of the regime of self-isolation and resistance. The couple intend to apply to the Prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee for the abandonment of children in danger.
Earlier in Moscow for the failure mode isolation fined homeless. The man told police that goes from the store to a familiar girl who he sometimes do Laundry. Police said the homeless that it violates the self-isolation, and advised to rent accommodation for adherence.
