The Pechersky district court of Kiev changed a measure of restraint of a suspect in the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet Yana, Dugar from house arrest on bail in 168 thousand hryvnia (about 450 thousand). Writes about it “Gromadske” with reference to the lawyer of the suspect Nikolay Orekhov.
Despite the relief, the court did not satisfy the requirement of protection, asking to cancel the measure of restraint. “She has no such money. If people will be able to collect — will make”, — said the lawyer. He added that he will prepare the appeal on the decision.
At the same time, the judge granted the prosecution’s request and extended until July 24 the measure of restraint in form of detention of another suspect in the murder Sheremet — the children’s surgeon Julia Kuzmenko. Custody was abandoned, another defendant in the case — Andrei Antonenko.
On may 22, the national police of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation. Antonenko, Dugar and Kuzmenko changed the suspicion of which disappeared mention of “the ultra-nationalist ideas” and “the greatness of the Aryan race”, and the organizers of the investigation now calls unidentified persons.
Sharamet killed in 2016 in Kyiv in a car explosion. Three years later, the murder accused the veterans of the fighting in the Donbass and volunteers. According to investigators, they wanted to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. None of the suspects in committing a crime does not admit guilt.
