The former Governor of the Irkutsk region Sergey Levchenko has declared that in September will go back to the elections of the head region. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Levchenko was dismissed in December 2019 after the devastating floods in the region. Russian President Vladimir Putin later criticized him and said that not all the problems associated with the elements, managed to solve it. According to him, to say that Levchenko worked “really bad”, it is impossible, however, the situation did not tolerate “slow work”.
