The Minister of culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova announced that libraries will be opened in compliance with the new security measures. Her words TASS reports.
“Very soon we will come back to normal life,” promised the clerk.
Liubimov added that with the launch of the national project “Culture” has accelerated the process of modernization of libraries in the regions: “improved institutions allow residents of cities and villages to obtain equal access to proven, high-quality knowledge and resources.”
It is noted that in early June, the Ministry will send the recommendations for the return of cultural institutions to the working process in regional and municipal libraries.
On the conduct of the national project “Culture” dedicated 113,5 billion. It includes three Federal programs: “Cultural environment”, “Creative people”, “Digital culture”.
