The residents of Kemerovo region, massively facilitated communication with the government with the help of mobile applications “Kuzbass online.” On Wednesday, may 27, reported TASS, the Minister of digital development and communication of Kuzbass Maxim Sadikov.
According to him, previously the app could benefit only residents of the pilot regions: Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Mezhdurechensk and Kemerovo area. Now it’s available in all settlements of the region, said Sadikov.
“The experience of the pilot areas proved to be very good, active users of the app are already more than 19,5 thousand people, and we are confident that number will only grow. Today, all municipalities are connected to the platform, it means that the inhabitant of any settlement can take advantage of digital service,” — said the Minister.
Digital platform “Kuzbass online” was developed in 2019. It is available in the format of mobile applications for IOS and Android, and the web version. Thanks to the platform the Kemerovo region residents can send reports and complaints to the authorities, and also receive notifications about important events in their localities..
The platform is developed in accordance with the project “Smart city”, which is implemented in Russia, including in the framework of the national project “Digital economy”. Only the implementation of the national project it is planned to allocate more than 1.8 trillion rubles. In particular, it implies an increase of internal costs for the development of the digital economy at the expense of all sources, the creation of sustainable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data, as well as the transfer of government agencies and organizations to use mainly software developed in Russia.
