The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev urged to prepare for new outbreak of the coronavirus in the country, reports NUR.KZ.
Tokayev said that because of inconsistent reforms in Kazakhstan has weakened service sanitary and epidemiological surveillance systems and infection control. He said that the powers of the chief health officer will be expanded. Until the end of the year, the government should develop a law on biological security.
