Enterprises of the Volgograd region increased their production volumes in the period of the pandemic coronavirus. It is reported portal “the Future of Russia. National projects”.
So, the integrated poultry farm “Volga” — one of the largest enterprises in the region managed to reduce the travel time of formiruemoi boxes for eggs by 94 percent and movers by 30 percent. “Inhibited processes and lack of standardized work, and inefficient use of production space. So just for the sanitation of the buildings of the poultry farm has gone 30 days at a rate of 21 days. As a result, for four months 2020 poultry got almost 76 million eggs, which is 5.3 million more than in the same period of 2019.
The increase in production showed another Volgograd manufacturer of household chemicals and professional cleaning and disinfection — “Trading house “grass””. Using the tools of lean manufacturing, the team was able to increase the efficiency of the filling lines products: reducing time spent on processes 24, 27 and 31 percent, respectively. In particular, the company increased the production volume of antiseptic from three thousand liters per day to five thousand.
To achieve increased volumes of production plants managed in the framework of the national project “Productivity and employment”, which will be valid in Russia until the end of 2024. In total, the project will provide for 52.1 billion. It is aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing processes and reducing their costs, reducing the cost and improving product quality, training employees and ensuring effective employment.
