A member of the Public chamber of Russia Sultan Khamzayev proposed to the end of this year to cancel the fee-for-service budget kindergartens for parents who have lost their jobs due to the coronavirus. It is reported RT with reference to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin letter.
“I believe we should consider the possibility of full exemption from fee-for-service pre-school education before the end of 2020, if one of the breadwinners or both parents have lost their jobs in the period of isolation (from 31 March to 31 may),” wrote Khamzayev. It is noted that the requirement for cancellation fee will be registering adults as unemployed.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian children’s camps will not open before the introduction of the third stage of the lifting of sanitary restrictions. In addition, this year the children will be able to go only to the camp, which is located in the region of their residence.
