The average discount on housing in new buildings of Moscow in may 2020 reached 7.8 percent. This figure exceeds 10 percent only in two city districts — Troitsk and Novomoskovsk. According to experts, the primary real estate market has developed a trend to lower prices, but a sharp drop, for example, 30 percent by the end of this year will not be.
