The referendum about Association of the Arkhangelsk region and Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO) this year will not. Information on holding a popular vote was denied by the head of the working group on Association of subjects of the Russian NAO Matvey Chuprov, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday, may 28.
