In the “Beeline” 90 percent of employees work from home during a pandemic, and now the company is exploring scenarios for remote operation after the stabilization of the situation with coronavirus. In “Severstal” said that considering the option of partial transition to the remote mode, however, the final conclusions yet.

As the first Vice-President of “OPORA Russia” Paul Segal, the transition to remote working, companies can save 15 to 35 percent of the budget. In this chart, the activities do not need to rent office space, hire security, pay for utilities, which already accounts for 20-22 percent of the costs.

However, the expert of the Academy of management Finance and investment Alex Krichevsky believes that most companies will prefer to leave their employees in the office.

Earlier, the Federation of independent trade unions of Russia (FNPR) has offered to pay more to workers who are forced to bear the additional costs for electricity or, for example, to purchase software, including antivirus protection. FITUR amendments relate to the inclusion in the TC article on the temporary remote job. It is proposed to issue a supplementary agreement, which provides for payment.
