The Russians opened the way to restore the physical shape after a long absence of load due to the regime self-isolation. Them in an interview with radio Sputnik shared honored doctor of Russia, chiropractor Andrew Kabichkin.

The safest way to restore the physical form of chiropractor called a gradual increase in load, and recommended to start with walking, breathing and exercises. “Walk shall be not less than 10 kilometers per day, or at least 10 thousand steps, that is 7 kilometers. Gradually we have to give and muscular load. It is desirable that it was pull on the bar, parallel bars, pushups or benches”, — he explained.
The mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, extended the regime of self-isolation until 14 June. At the same time the mayor announced the second phase of easing restrictions. So, Muscovites will allow to walk, to exercise, subject to glove and mask mode. In addition, open parks, car dealers, stores, shops, and a number of points to provide services. Remains banned hairdressers, restaurants, fitness clubs, theatres and museums.
