The Ministry of science and higher education have allowed the easing of restrictions in Russian universities due to the spread of the coronavirus, depending on the epidemiological situation in the region. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
Head of the institutions to resume academic activities for which implementation requires access to the work in the centers for collective use of scientific equipment in compliance with sanitary measures. However, universities still need to provide distance learning exams, and receiving campaign spending, based on established admission and prevention COVID-19.
“Leaders administered by the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation scientific and educational organizations (…) to suspend the students visit these organizations (…) before the date of expiry of the restrictive measures determined by the highest officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the territory”, — stated in the text of the document.
Earlier, the Minister of education and science Valeriy Falkov said that to apply to Russian universities will be from June 20 to pass the Unified state examination (use). Acceptance of documents will continue until August 17.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic in Russia has twice postponed the exam. According to President Vladimir Putin, the first exam is scheduled on June 29. This day there will be a mock exam without the participation of the students. The most popular exam on the Russian language, will take place on 6 and 7 July.
