The number of inquiries from buyers from Russia, ready to buy real estate in Belarus has grown significantly in April and may 2020. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the realtors and investment consultants.

Also ten times more Russians began to be interested in suburban sites in Belarus.
“The level of prices in Minsk are much lower, the Russians began to show more interest in speculative purchases,” – said the investment Director of UFG Wealth Management Timur Pereverzev. According to experts, the growth of the Russian demand in Belarus affected and different approaches of the two States to combat coronavirus.
