The Russians booked the majority of rooms in Crimean hotels



About 70 percent of rooms in Crimean hotels and hotels booked until September. There procure the necessary protective equipment according to the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor, reports TASS with reference to the Chairman of regional Association of small hotels (I ASMAC) Natalia Stambolieva.

“The price of the holiday will not grow, I do not see this trend. A daily monitoring of prices. Someone prices of 2019, and someone and 2018, that is, a price hike is not” — said Stambolieva. According to her, the main stream of tourists is expected in July-August. However, many foreign vacationers are waiting until the Peninsula open.

The head of the Association also added that hotels supply rooms with the necessary means of protection: recirculators, masks, antibacterial wipes and gels, and personal care products. In addition, the hotel rooms are equipped with quartz lamps, although the CPS and there is no such requirement.

Earlier it was reported about a three-step plan for opening of a resort season in Crimea. The first stage is designed for intra-regional recreation and rehabilitation of the Crimean people, the second — on the reopening of hotels, and the third on mitigation requirements of the CPS.

On 27 may, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov has called the new requirements for hotels, impossible. In particular, he stressed that to conduct tests for the presence of coronavirus for all employees of recreational and business tourists is not possible.
