Turkey and the United States can give rise to the re-establishment of Libya without the participation of field Marshal Khalifa the Haftarot. This statement was made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reports Anadolu.
Erdogan noted that the head of the Libyan national army (LNA) of the Haftarot can be excluded from the transition process at any time. Erdogan stressed that Turkey will continue to support the national consensus government (NTC).
According to him, Ankara and Washington are ready to begin the transition process in Libya. It is known that the parties reached a number of agreements during a telephone conversation between the presidents. Erdogan did not want to disclose the details of such a plan.

June 6 was presented to the Cairo initiative for peace in Libya during the negotiations, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the head of the Libyan national army (LNA) field Marshal Khalifa the Haftarot and the head sits in the East of the house of representatives Aquila Saleh. The proposal includes a cease-fire throughout the country and new conditions for a political settlement: equal representation of all parts of the country — Tripolitania, the Fezzan and Cyrenaica (LNA and PNS control different parts of Libya), the Association of state institutions and the adoption of the constitutional Declaration. The whole transition process, according to the Declaration, may be 18 months.
On 4 June, the government rejected the Libyan national army from the capital region. After that it was announced the restoration of full government control over the administrative borders of Tripoli.
The situation in the country worsened after April, the Libyan national army said on assuming power in the country. Currently, the army of the Haftarot fighting with NTC forces, on the side which is Turkey, working equipment, ammunition and air support. Controlled by the LDF troops to support Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and its informal allies are France and the UAE — the latter, according to some, supplying army equipment, including purchased from Russia.
