The complete closure of borders of Russia with foreign States announced on 30 March. The restrictions affected all citizens except diplomats, employees, official representatives of Russia to international organizations, truck drivers, members of crews of river vessels and trains members of the official delegations and diplomatic couriers when traveling abroad in connection with the death of a relative, as well as residents of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics with a Russian passport.
These limitations weakened the June 8 — the Russians are allowed to travel abroad to work, study or to care for relatives — the corresponding order is already signed by the government of the country.
