By 2030, Russia would be a reduction of mortality from non-communicable diseases. This is the chief freelance specialist MoH of Russia on therapy and General practice Drapkina told the portal stopmanager.of the Russian Federation.
“According to the forecasts of international experts, through effective measures in the area of strengthening public health in the framework of the national project “Demography” Russia can by 2030 reduce by one third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases,” said Drapkina.
According to her, in 2019, the prevalence of Smoking among Russians has decreased by 24 percent. In addition, in the framework of the anti-alcohol policy, increased excise taxes on alcohol, in connection with than in the first quarter in 2020 reduced the growth of sales of alcoholic beverages.
“I also want to note that in isolation has been a noticeable trend concerns about your health. Many tried to adhere to a proper diet and exercise,” added Drapkina.
The formation of the Russians of the system of motivation to a healthy lifestyle is one of the goals of the national project “Demography”. Other objectives of the project are to reduce mortality rate, ensuring more education of citizens approaching retirement age, and to increase the availability of preschool education.
