Arkhangelsk region will receive more than 95 million rubles in the framework of the national project “Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and support of individual business initiative”. On Wednesday, June 10, reports TASS with reference to the press service of the government of the Russian region.
Funds were allocated from the Federal budget, they will be directed to assist businesses affected during a pandemic.
“The purpose of the Federal support — the achievement of results the regional component of the project. The main goal is to support organizations and businesses that most urgently need assistance in a difficult economic period”, — stated in the message.
It is specified that thanks to this support, the entrepreneurs can obtain a loan at a rate of 2.75 percent per annum in the amount of 5 million rubles for a period up to three years.
Support for entrepreneurs is provided by the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship”, which is implemented in Russia at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin. It involves the increase in the number of employees in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024, increasing the share of SMEs in GDP to 32 per cent and the share of exports of SMEs — up to 10 percent of the total by 2024. Only the implementation of the project it is planned to allocate more than 481 billion.
