The leader of the Tambov organized criminal group (OCG), also called the “night Governor” of St. Petersburg, Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin) has been transferred to Northern capital in the framework of the case about the murder of state Duma Deputy Galina Starovoitova. On Wednesday, June 10, “the Tape.ru” said his lawyer Sergei Afanasiev.
According to the lawyer, the convict is now in the investigative isolator “Kresty-2”. It is expected to conduct confrontations, including the main prosecution witness Mikhail Glushchenko, and then Barsukov charged in the final version, he said.
