Prices on rest in Crimea in 2020 predicted growth under the condition of excessive demand. This was stated by the press service of the Ministry of resorts of the Republic, reports TASS.
Clarifies that the increased demand for trips on the black sea coast in August can be related to the absence of foreign competitors due to the closure of the borders amid coronavirus pandemic. However, the Minister of resorts and tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko called on to prevent a sharp rise in price of stay.
“This should reasonable approach, because we understand that solvency is now decreased opportunities people have changed. I think a serious rise in price of stay is not expected”, — assured Volchenko.
In addition, the Minister stressed that all beaches should be prepared for bikini season until July 1, when the Crimea will be open to residents of all regions of Russia.
Earlier in June, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov announced that the resort will open for Russians from 1 July, and 15 June will be removed the mode of isolation for residents of the region and abolished the mandatory observation for visitors. At the same time, added Feldman, mandatory self-isolation upon arrival and will remain for foreign tourists, including guests from Ukraine.
On 8 June, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov ordered to access for residents of the region from the 15th of June all the motels and hotels of the Peninsula. Earlier he said that sanatoria, boarding houses and hotels of Crimea with a medical license will be able to start work from June 15, but only for the reception of the Crimeans in accordance with the requirements of the CPS.
According to the latest data, in the Republic of Crimea identified 458 cases of coronavirus, 3338 patients managed to recover, the victims of the disease were 15 people.
