President Vladimir Putin may turn to citizens before or after the vote on the amendments to the Constitution, if considered necessary, said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov. It was quoted by RIA Novosti on Thursday, June 11.
“When he makes such a decision, we will inform you,” said a Kremlin spokesman, commenting on press reports about Putin’s speech after the vote on the amendments to the Constitution.
