More than 5 thousand subjects of business in Voronezh region in 2019 has received support in the framework of the national project “Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and support of individual business initiative”. On Thursday, June 11, the Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev, reports TASS.
In addition, the regional guarantee institution jointly with the Federal financial institutions provided loans in the SME segment in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles.
“Our microfinance institution has issued 549 loans for a total amount of 483 million rubles. Within the municipal support programs provided assistance to SMEs in the amount of 123 million rubles — subsidies received more than 130 organizations,” — said Gusev.
Just 2019, the authorities of the Voronezh region sent to business support 362 million rubles. Of these, 310 million rubles allocated from the Federal budget.
Support for entrepreneurs is provided by the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship”, which is implemented in Russia at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin. It involves the increase in the number of employees in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024, increasing the share of SMEs in GDP to 32 per cent and the share of exports of SMEs — up to 10 percent of the total by 2024. Only the implementation of the project it is planned to allocate more than 481 billion.
