The minimum cost of housing in terms of per square meter in the secondary market of the city — 36,1 thousand rubles. Earlier it became known that by the end of may, the price of apartments in the secondary market fell in 48 cities out of the 70 largest in Russia. A square meter of secondary housing for the month fell by an average of 0.5 per cent, full price of the apartment decreased across the country by 1 percent. Most notably the price tags on housing collapsed in the Leningrad region (minus 4.3 percent), the suburbs (minus 4 percent), Arkhangelsk (minus 3 percent), St. Petersburg (minus 2.8 percent) and Yekaterinburg (minus 2.3 percent).
