The audit chamber (SP) saw the risks in the export of dairy products from Russia due to its withdrawal from the domestic market. This is evidenced by the data report control Agency, reports RIA Novosti.
These findings in SP came in the course of the performance audit in the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian law on the Federal budget for the year 2019. Also, an analysis of performance of national projects, comprehensive plan for the modernization and expansion of trunk infrastructure for the period up to 2024.
Clarifies that Russia has not yet reached the threshold of the Doctrine of food security of milk and dairy products. The report says that in 2017 and 2018 the level of self-sufficiency in terms of milk was 82% and 85.5 percent in the established in the doctrine of the requirement of at least 90 percent.
“In the passports of regional projects commitments for the export of milk and dairy products, which may indicate the value of this indicator for the export of this product due to its withdrawal from the domestic food market, which creates the risks of further lowering the level of food security for this type of product and may lead to an increase in import volume”, — reported in the document.
Russia until the end of 2024 plans to implement 13 national projects: “Health”, “Education”, “Demography”, “Culture”, “Safe and quality roads”, “Housing and the urban environment”, “Ecology”, “Science”, “Small and medium entrepreneurship and support entrepreneurial initiative,” “labor Productivity and employment support, international cooperation and exports”, “Complex plan of modernization and expansion of trunk infrastructure”.
For their implementation it is planned to spend about 26 trillion rubles.
