The President of the International ice hockey Federation (IIHF) Rene Fasel said about the advantages of Switzerland in the fight for the world hockey championship in 2026. It is quoted by TASS.
According to Fasel, Switzerland, where the tournament in 2020 was canceled because of a pandemic of mers will be eligible for the organization of the world Cup 2026. “Switzerland will have a small advantage. It is about every 10 years, holds a tournament”, he added.
