The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, speaking about the Minsk process in the Donbass, said that it rests on one machine for artificial lung ventilation (ALV). This opinion he expressed in an interview with “UKRINFORM”.

Kuleba told that Kiev violates the Minsk agreement, and “all partners see and recognize” that the activities of the Ukrainian party called “constructive”.

Thus, the foreign Minister did not agree with the statements of Russia that the Ukrainian authorities were not complying with the terms of the contract. “Minsk is not dead, but Ukraine keeps it on the German-French ventilator. Sorry for the black humor,” he said.

Earlier Kuleba said the desire of the country to “revive the Normandy format”. He lamented that, despite all the efforts of Ukraine and its partners, to do this does not work due to the unconstructive Russian side. He later said he was ready to hold talks with Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov only if “it will help solve our problems and contributes to the de-occupation of Ukrainian territory, the liberation of the Ukrainian prisoners.”
