Agricultural producers participating in the national project “Productivity and support employment,” will provide preferential investment credits. On the support of businesses, said the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin at the working meeting with his deputies, according to the government website.
Mishustin said that special support will be granted to companies which are successfully working to improve its efficiency, reduce costs, create new jobs and increase the competitiveness of Russian agricultural products.
“We adjusted the rules of granting subsidies for reimbursement of lost revenue to banks at preferential investment loans. Now in the formation of their registry of potential borrowers as a matter of priority, it must include agricultural producers participating in this national project,” — said the head of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to him, this will increase the efficiency of agribusiness, to increase the rate of production and to ensure food security of the country.
The national project “Productivity and employment” will be implemented in Russia until the end of 2024. In total it will allocate for 52.1 billion. The project is aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing processes and reducing their costs, reducing the cost and improving product quality, training employees and ensuring effective employment.
