In Moscow declared a storm warning due to the extreme heat in the near future the temperature will reach plus 30 to 31 degrees. This was stated by the scientific Director of the hydrometeorological Roman Vilfand, reports TASS.
According to Vilfand, storm warning is always issued in Moscow in coordination with the MOE at a temperature of over 30 degrees, because it affects the most people.
He added that such warnings will be issued frequently during the week.
June 15, Vilfand said that this week the residents of the Moscow region expects a new wave of heat, which will negatively affect the health of some individuals and can be dangerous for the elderly. According to him, the atmospheric pressure will be above normal, weather — partly cloudy with light wind. The weather will influence the approach of the summer solstice during which the sun’s rays become more intense.
