According to a leading researcher of the Institute, nutritionist Olga Grigoryan, a dish of fermented milk-based has a less harmful effect on the stomach. The specialist also noted that other ingredients can also be removed in case of their personal intolerance.
Grigoryan said that it is not necessary to even use the yogurt. It can be replaced by any other dairy product that will also have a beneficial effect on the body in summer.
