Pskov oblast is seven times exceeded the plans for implementation in institutions of a region of a digital public administration. On Tuesday, June 16, reported TASS the head of the regional Department of digital development and communications Denis Matveev.
“Important for us to figure where we show the dynamics of the record is the proportion of information systems that operate on the basis of domestic software. In 2019, the figure should be 10 percent. But we exceeded it seven times,” — said Matveev, adding that initially, such results were planned to be achieved only by 2023.
According to him, at present, the use of only one foreign system. To deny it is planned before the end of the year, the official said. As noted Matveev, the transition to the domestic can significantly reduce the risk of failures and improve information security.
The translation of the work of the authorities in a digital format provided by national project “Digital economy”, approved by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and should be completed by 2024. Only its implementation is planned to allocate more than 1.8 trillion rubles. The objectives of the project are the increase of internal costs for the development of the digital economy at the expense of all sources, the creation of sustainable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data, as well as the transfer of government agencies and organizations to use mainly software developed in Russia.
