The implementation of the national project “Productivity and employment support” will be digital. This was announced by the Minister of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov, writes portal “the Future of Russia. National projects”.
According to Reshetnikov, after the crisis, the economy will increasingly rely on the remote working scheme, which may become an impetus for more efficient digitization of Russian companies. However, enterprises should be prepared for the fact that digital technology raises the question about the need to rethink the criteria and rating system.
“We consider it an important transition from the physical presence of experts on labour productivity at the enterprise to a remote format, including the use of virtual reality technology,” — said Deputy Minister Peter Zaselsky.
The national project “Productivity and employment” will be implemented in Russia until the end of 2024. In total it will allocate for 52.1 billion. The project is aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing processes and reducing their costs, reducing the cost and improving product quality, training employees and ensuring effective employment.
