The visa center of Greece in Moscow GVCW has announced the exact date of the beginning of the work — the process of accepting applications and issuing visas to Russian tourists, interrupted on the background of the pandemic coronavirus, will resume on June 29. This is the official website of the organization.
It is noted that the treatment center is only possible by appointment, the reception of travelers and representatives of tourist companies will be conducted from 9:00 to 15:00, issuing of documents — from 16:00 to 18:00. The list of necessary documents, the deadlines and the cost of the visa remains the same.
At the same time, the applicants have to comply with a number of new safety requirements, in particular, to wear personal protective equipment, measure at the entrance to the building body temperature, and to maintain social distance and a half to two meters. In addition, the payment recommended in a contactless manner.
“At the first stage visa application centre in Moscow will not operate at full capacity, as it is unclear when they lifted restrictions on travel of Russians abroad, and entry into Greece,” — said the CEO of the company “Mouzenidis travel” Alexander Tsandekidi in an interview with the portal of the Association of tour operators of Russia.
According to him, the Greek side expects that the information regarding the mutual opening of borders between Greece and Russia will appear in early July.
