Belarusian doctor Marina Isakova said in the words of the speaker of the upper chamber of Parliament Natalia Kochanova about the salaries of doctors, reports “Nasha Niva”.
Kochanova, the Chairman of the Council of the Republic, said earlier that when doctors went into the profession, they “knew about their salaries.” Minsk gynecologist Isakov, commenting on her statement, recalled that on 21 June Belarus celebrates the Day of medical worker. “So congratulated congratulated. Do not say anything,” added the doctor.
According to Isakova, acting medical universities in the future doctors wanted to help people and save lives. “In addition to low salaries, doctors are constantly poked with the phrase “you knew where you were going”, write complaints (often unfounded), remove premium. Treated as subservient, sometimes even worse,” complained the doctor.
She said that the Belarusian doctors — “heroes, not victims” and keep the strike before the pandemic of the coronavirus, however difficult it may be.
