Capital courts started in automatic mode to accept the legal penalties for violation of the isolation imposed by part 2 of article 3.18.1 of the administrative code of Moscow (“Violation of requirements of legal acts aimed at the introduction and maintenance of a mode of alert”), report “Vedomosti”.
Decisions on the basis of images taken by the cameras photos and video. The first two of them already published in the electronic card file of the Moscow city court and dated June 15. The case was considered by the judge of Preobrazhenskiy district court Yana Pavlova.
One of these decisions concerned the case of Muscovite Yana Elistratova. In court she argued that came out of the apartment during the quarantine, was not granted a photo of the offence and not the Protocol was formed.
Previously, many residents of the capital complained about the app in the “Social monitoring”, which tracked the movement of people with symptoms of SARS. For example, bedridden Irina Karabulatova twice received a penalty notice for violation of the conditions of self-isolation, but could not do it physically. The woman was unable to install the app on your phone and the other gadget it is not provided. Two other citizens took 11 penalties for 44 thousand rubles for the fact that stepped out on the balcony.
