The star of the film series about the wizard Harry Potter Evanna Lynch, who played in the movie student of Hogwarts Luna Lovegood, criticized the fan community of the franchise. The actress called the obsessive love fans unhealthy and dangerous, reports NME.

“I just think that fan culture is dangerous, and itself it is possible to lose”, she explained.

Lynch admitted that in the childhood was an ardent fan of the Harry Potter universe. “I started reading books at age eight, and for some time it took my identity. This is very humiliating”, she said.

The actress added that, once on the set, hidden from the other actors that it knows about them, almost anything is possible. “When I met Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, I already knew all about them. Knew the name of their Pets when they have birthdays, they knew about their parents. And pretended not to know” — she thought.

The 28-year old Lynch has said that now ignores the fans who demonstrate the same level of love for her: “I don’t think it’s something healthy.”

Previously, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe argued with the author JK Rowling about transgender people.
