In the Sverdlovsk region for five months of the current year increased the volume of commissioned housing by seven percent. This was stated by the Governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev, according to the Ural newspaper “Pravda UrFO”.
According to him, to stimulate housing construction, the authorities intend to implement the program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing. This will be the construction of new homes.
“In 2020, the funding for this project provided by of 1.19 billion rubles, including 1.12 billion from Fund of assistance to reforming housing and communal services. Already spent about 30 percent of total funds”, — said Kuyvashev.
The main objective of the national project “Housing and the urban environment” is the input of 120 million square meters of housing a year, now the average is 78-80 million annually. The total amount of financing of the national project is calculated till 2024, exceeds one trillion rubles.
