The Moscow city court has sentenced to three years of imprisonment of businessman Alexander Rodionov, passing on criminal case about plunder of 225 million rubles in the construction of the house of receptions at the residence of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. About it “Interfax” was informed in the press service of the court.
The convict found guilty under article 160 of the criminal code (“Misappropriation or embezzlement”). He will serve his sentence in a penal colony. In addition, the court fined him 500 thousand rubles, and also imposed additional punishment in the form of freedom restriction for a period of one year.
At the stage of investigation, the owner pleaded guilty and signed a plea agreement.
According to investigators, Rodionov was part of a criminal group, which was organized by head FGUP “Ateks” the Federal guard service (FSO) Andrew Fireplaces. Its participants were the General Director of “Stroyfasad” Vladislav Kuhner, a former Director of this company Sergey Litvinov, the head of another contractor company Dmitry Torchinsky and Sergey Privalov.
Three defendants in the case — Torchinsky, halts and Kuhner also concluded from the result of a deal on cooperation.

11 September 2017 Rodionova was released from jail under house arrest.
The theft was revealed during the investigation of the criminal case against the large Petersburg businessman Dmitry Mikhalchenko on the smuggling of alcohol.
