In Perm Krai up to 2025 will be accommodated 31.5 thousand citizens living in emergency housing, in the framework of the national project “Housing and the urban environment”, reports TASS with reference to the Minister of construction of the region Andrey Kolmogorov.
Under the settlement, you will get 485 thousand square meters of dilapidated housing. Residents will receive new comfortable apartments.
For six years in Prikamye eliminate a total of 600 thousand square meters of dilapidated housing, new housing will receive about 38 thousand people. “Those citizens living under contracts of social hiring, should also get equivalent housing, that is, they have the right to receive payment and to buy housing independently or to obtain equivalent housing directly from the state,” said acting Governor of the region Dmitry Makhonin.
Work on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing undertaken in 2007, included in the national project “Housing and the urban environment”. It is planned, in particular, to increase the resettlement of dilapidated housing to 9.54 million square metres and relocate 530,9 thousands of citizens from unfit housing. The program is calculated till 2024.
