According to the document, in 2021, the revenues of the Pension Fund is planned at the level of 9.67 trillion rubles, of which on-budget account transfers 4,12 trillion. Subsidies from the budget will increase by 992 billion compared to 2020 and 768 billion compared to the current plan 2021-th. In 2022 and 2023 transfers to the budget of the Pension Fund will amount to 4.3 trillion rubles.
As notes the edition, thus, in 2021, the Pension Fund will have almost 21 percent of all Federal budget expenditures. The Ministry of Finance propose to fix the budget expenditures for the next year at the level of the current is 19.7 trillion rubles. In 2019, the FIU had 18 percent of the budget.
