In the village Ilino Lomonosov district of Leningrad region seven-month-old boy drowned in a pot of cold water. About it reported the edition 47news with reference to a source in law enforcement bodies.
According to the newspaper, about 19 hours on 24 June the police made a statement about that in one of the village houses in the kitchen, water containers found the body of a child. The police said that the height of the pan is about 30 cm. According to preliminary data, the child drowned, the exact cause of death will be established by an autopsy.
It is known that the child’s parents came to Russia from Uzbekistan. As told the 29-year-old boy’s father, he was out in the field and get in the hay, a 23-year-old mother was with her son, but was away for about ten minutes. Both were taken to the police station and placed in a cell. It turned out that the parents have problems with registration, and the child from documents had only birth certificate issued in the hospital. The district Department of the Investigative Committee started checking.
Previously a resident of the Gatchina district of the Leningrad region put ten year old son on a chain for a few hours for educational purposes, linking it to the battery. The child said that he had been in this position for a few days. Dad opened a criminal case under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 117 of the criminal code (“Torture of minors”).
