The film “Dracula” Francis Ford Coppola tried to get the actors Keanu Reeves and Anthony Hopkins to insult Winona Ryder to call the actress tears for the scene. She told about it in interview to The Sunday Times.
Ryder stressed that Reeves and Hopkins refused to insult her. According to the artist, the Director method didn’t work — Coppola called her a whore, but tears never achieved. “The reaction was the opposite,” said she.
The actress added that Coppola is in a good relationship.
The film “Dracula” with Ryder, Reeves and Hopkins in the lead roles was released in 1992. It is based on the Gothic novel by Bram Stoker. The film also played by Gary Oldman and Richard E. Grant.
Earlier in June, Keanu Reeves put on a charity auction for the 15-minute conversation with him with video chat in the Zoom application, saying that the proceeds will go to children’s cancer organization.
