For the year to June 2020 the average price of apartments in most major cities of the Crimea declined. So, housing in the popular tourist Yalta fell by 0.7 percent, to 9.5 million rubles for the average lot. This is evidenced by data provided by “the Ribbon.ru” portal “World apartments”.
In the capital Simferopol apartments are 5 percent more affordable on average per object they are asked to 4.4 million rubles, analysts estimated. In Feodosia and Kerch apartments fell by 2 and 1.5 percent, respectively — to 3.88 million and 3 million rubles. In Sevastopol recorded a minimal decrease of 0.1 percent to 5.68 million for the lot.
In a number of Crimean cities with expensive apartments were only Evpatoria, Alushta and Sudak: prices are increased by 1 and a half and 3.9 percent, respectively. In Yalta in the summer of 2020 for the lot please 4,35 million rubles, in Alushta — 6.7 million, in Sudak — 4,57 million rubles.
The average cost of apartments in the Crimea over the last year decreased by 0.3 percent, to 5.8 million rubles, specified in the provided materials.
Earlier in June it became known that at the end of the first quarter of 2020 housing prices in Russia grew by almost 5 percent compared with the figure for the same period of 2019. This is the best result since the fourth quarter of 2012.
