Agency for the development of human capital in the far East and in the Arctic (ARCC) will help far East businesses with retraining of personnel on the background of a difficult situation with employment due to pandemic coronavirus. The order gave the Vice-Premier, the Plenipotentiary of the President in far East Federal district (FEFD) Yuri Trutnev, reports TASS.
“We need to close those specialties that are lacking. So, now there is a shortage of personnel on construction sites. Need to work out a program for the training of people for the purpose of employment throughout the Far East,” Trutnev said.
According to him, in particular, ARCC will Finance the retraining of workers in TRANS-Baikal region, where the pandemic is the number of unemployed people increased four times.
The envoy also requested ARCC to report on the situation on the labour market in the regions of the Far East. “I’ll wait for the report for each region: what kind of people are required, what needs to be done for them of retraining,” he said.
Until the end of 2024 Russia will be the national project “Productivity and support employment.” In total it will allocate for 52.1 billion. The project is aimed at increasing productivity, optimizing processes and reducing their costs, reducing the cost and improving product quality, training employees and ensuring effective employment.
