Ukraine developed the draft law “On realtor activity”, which prohibits the alienation of property of citizens without recourse to the realtors. About it reports the Internet-the edition “Gordon” with reference to the lawyer of Yuriy Brykaylo.
The Association of real estate professionals (realtors) stated that the document restricts the constitutional rights of people to dispose of their property. “The Association sees the provisions of the proposed bill limiting the rights of Ukrainian citizens to dispose of their property, guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine. Also, the proposed rules contain corruption factors and risks,” said the realtors.
“After the entry into force of the law the owner of the apartment, land or house will not be able to conclude an agreement for the alienation of his property or the lease without recourse to the realtor,” — said Yuri Brekalo.
According to the publication, a bill was registered in Parliament on 9 June, was not discussed with the participants of the real estate market and was a surprise to them. In addition, compulsory involvement in the transactions of realtors, it provides for the introduction of licensing for real estate brokers. In addition, it is assumed the establishment of a register containing data on specialists and real estate.
For operating without a real estate certificates, Ukrainian lawmakers plan to introduce fines ranging from 8.5 thousand to 34 thousand UAH (22-88 thousand rubles).
Earlier in June it became known that the Ukrainian government plans to reduce mortgage rates to 5-7 percent per annum. This was stated by Prime-Minister Denis Shmyhal.
