Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree authorizing the regions in 2020 to pay subsidies to organizations that have a license to trade alcohol. This was reported on the government website.
Assistance from the state will be able to hotels, cafes, restaurants, which are suffering losses because of the situation with the epidemic of coronavirus in the country. Previously, businesses with a liquor license it is forbidden to make payments from the budget.
Prior to that, Mishustin said that the expansion of the list of affected industries, will cost 23 billion rubles of additional payments. They will go to SME for compensation of part of wages at the rate of one minimum wage per employee.
Also on Friday, June 26, the Prime Minister signed a decree on the allocation of budget funds for payments to families with children up to 16 years. Their size will be 10 thousand rubles, and the start of payments planned for July 1. In total for these purposes in July allocated 274 billion.
