Two thirds of entrepreneurs consider it possible to open a business in crisis

More than 60 percent of Russian entrepreneurs consider it possible to open a business in the current crisis. This is reported by the data of sociological research of the University “synergy”, reports the portal “the Future of Russia. National projects”.

32.2% of respondents considered it possible to open a business in some industries, 24 percent say that the market has become less competitive, 11 percent of respondents said that business access will only be possible with state support.

15.4% of entrepreneurs considered that the present time is not suitable for starting a new business because of the economy consumers.

Support for entrepreneurs is provided by the national project “Small and medium entrepreneurship”, which is implemented in Russia at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin. It involves the increase in the number of employees in small and medium enterprises, including individual entrepreneurs, to 25 million people by the end of 2024, increasing the share of SMEs in GDP to 32 per cent and the share of exports of SMEs — up to 10 percent of the total by 2024. Only the implementation of the project it is planned to allocate more than 481 billion.
