Head physician of Minsk hospital No. 71 Alexander Myasnikov, known to viewers of TV channel “Russia 1” as a doctor, a butcher, called hypertensive patients excluded from the diet of salty food products in addition to herring on Saturdays. His words are on the website Вести.Ru.
The doctor noted that people who suffer from high blood pressure, you should abandon any salty foods: fish, soups, sausages and other. The Russians allowed only one indulgence: “Let the herring leave at once — on Saturdays!”, — agreed the doctor.
