The Minister of health of Michael Murashko has declared that Russia is ready to supply the world market for antiviral drugs, test kits and vaccines. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to Murashko, Russia from the first days of the pandemic helps foreign countries and is ready to do so in the future. “Given the risk of the second wave of the pandemic, Russia is ready to supply the world market means direct antiviral action, including drugs for the treatment of cytokine storm, test kits and vaccines,” — said the Minister.

Earlier on 28 June, the head of the laboratory of genomic engineering MIPT Pavel Volchkov said that the timing of testing of the Russian vaccine against coronavirus may be significantly reduced. According to him, usually clinical trials are conducted in three phases and take several years. However, in a pandemic phase, some tests can be reduced at the discretion of the Ministry of health and Rospotrebnadzor.
